Truecare Multi-speciality Hospital ("we", "us") runs this website, truecarehospitals.com. This page explains what information the website handles and why. It covers this website only. It does not cover the treatment records the hospital keeps when you visit as a patient.
This website gives information about the hospital. It has no patient accounts, patient portal or online payments.

When you ask for an appointment
If you use the appointment form on the Contact page, you type your name, phone number, the speciality you need, an optional preferred date, and you tick a consent box. The website does not save these details and does not send them to any server of ours. It only prepares a WhatsApp message with them. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. After that, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) and by our staff. You can also call or email us instead.
Please do not type medical details, such as reports, diagnoses or test results, into the form or in your first message. Share those with our staff directly when you call or visit.
Website analytics (only if you accept)
If you press Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and whether the Call, WhatsApp, Book or Directions buttons and the appointment form button are pressed. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives usage data such as the page address, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. It uses them only briefly to work out your approximate location. We do not send your name, phone number, the form details or any health information to analytics.
If you press Reject, or have not chosen, analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Google Maps (only if you click)
The map on our Contact page loads only after you press "Show map". When it loads, Google may receive your IP address, may load its own scripts and fonts, and may set cookies. Without it, you can use the address or the "Get directions" link, which opens Google Maps only when you click it.
Technical data and hosting
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, the hosting systems process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and keep it secure. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to send it a short error report if a page fails to load.
Our own pages do not set cookies. When you simply read a page, nothing is loaded from other companies' servers: the fonts, images and scripts come from this website itself, and no Google Fonts are used.
Your cookie choice and Cookie settings
Apart from analytics cookies after you accept (see above), the only thing this website saves on your device is your Accept or Reject choice. It is kept in your browser's storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not ask you again every time. Nothing is sent anywhere when it is saved.
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you change to Reject, analytics stops, its cookies are removed and the page reloads.
Why we use information
We use information:
- to reply to your questions and appointment requests;
- to understand and improve the website (analytics, only with your consent);
- to keep the website secure and working;
- to meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled by the services described above (WhatsApp/Meta, Google and Cloudflare) only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose it where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. The website itself does not store your appointment details. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for information about personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent you have given. Please contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is meant for adults. If you are booking for a child, please contact us yourself as a parent or guardian.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the website. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please be careful about what you share.

This website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
